What are the differences between the
Refresh and Plus Plans?
Refresh and Plus Plans are both full-service plans, which means
that InterArt Studios will manage and update all aspects of
your site per an agreed upon schedule. This allows you to focus
on running your business. With a Refresh Plan, we will place
text only. With a Plus Plan, we will place text and graphics.
These updates involve placement of edited text and appropriate
GIFs or JPEGs only. Copy and production fees will apply when
applicable.

What format do my text files need to
be in?
Your text files need to be in ASCII format. Certain files may
be allowable in other formats, such as Microsoft Word or Excel,
depending on how your site is constructed and how your files
are being transmitted. Please consult support.

What format do my graphics files
need to be in?
Your graphics files need to be in either GIF or JPEG format,
properly sized for placement. Completed artwork will also be
accepted in most pixel- or vector-based graphic formats, although
conversion fees will apply.

Can I submit completed animations for placement?
Yes. We accept animated GIFs or Macromedia Flash files. You
may also submit individual GIFs for compilation into animated
GIFs, and GIFs or JPEGs to be utilized as per JavaScript or
Java requirements. Completed artwork will also be accepted in
most pixel- or vector-based graphic formats, although conversion
fees will apply.

What about audio and video?
If your site utilizes audio or video files which require periodic
updating, your development agreement will outline specific parameters.
Placement of audio and video files is usually included with
Plus Plans, however there are fees charged for conversion and
editing if necessary. Please contact support for further information.

How do I transmit files?
Utilizing email, you may send us text files in either the body
of the email or as an attachment and graphics files may be sent
as an attachment, depending on their format. Utilizing anonymous
ftp, you may send any file though an ftp program or through
our custom ftp browser interface. CDs, DVDs, or Zip Disks may
also be utilized. Please consult support for the preferred method
for your situation.

How do I handle submitting non-digital
materials?
We will scan and convert your reflective images for a minimal
charge as long as the original size is less than 8.5 x 14. Sizes
up to 11 x 17, slides and negatives can also be handled, although
a surcharge will apply.

What if I don't have the in-house capabilities
to design and produce?
Plus plans include the placement of properly designed and produced
elements. If you do not have the time or in-house capabilities
to develop elements to update your site, InterArt offers complete
capabilities. Full-service clients are given priority involving
our design and production services, per our Design and Production
Service Plan almost as if we were your own in-house studio.

What are the limits for periodic updating?
Your periodic limits will depend on your site requirements and
quantity of data to be placed. Some sites are updated quarterly,
while others require monthly updating. Agreements for time-sensitive
sites which require weekly or even daily updating are available
to meet your requirements, at an additional fee. Your specific
limits will be agreed upon and outlined in your development
agreement.

How do I change from a Refresh account
to a Plus account?
Since both accounts required that you have us develop or upgrade
your site, you may switch at the end of any contract term with
30 days notice without incurring additional costs
as long as you stay within the original plan. Any changes to
your plan will incur an upgrade fee.

Can I change from a full-service account
to a self-service account?
Yes, as long as switch at the end of the contract term with
30 days notice and are current on your account. However, a new
setup fee will apply. You will then have access to your site
via a custom control panel and must manage the site files and
assets yourself.

What type of online marketing is included
with Refresh and Plus Plans?
Each plan includes the submission of information to appropriate
search engines. We will also implement all agreed upon marketing
campaigns outlined in your development agreement.

How do I get Web Usage statistical reports?
Basic statistics may be accessed via your own custom control
panel at no charge. If you choose not to have access to a custom
control panel, then these statistics may be supplied in email
or fax form at an additional charge. Enhanced statistics utilizing
Webtrends software are available in several formats to meet
your needs.
