What is your renewal procedure?
Shortly before your renewal date, you will receive a Renewal
Notification email indicating that the account renewal is coming
up. This allows you the time to make any changes to your account
information. After the Renewal Notification is sent, an email
invoice will follow. This will confirm the renewal information,
and let you know that the credit card on file will be being
charged.

What is your refund policy?
Refund Policy
Each of InterArt's plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within
the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full
refund of the contract amount excluding development and setup
fees. Development fees are not refundable once site is approved.
Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (1)
the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the
domain name was not available.
For a Plan length of three months, the full amount paid, less
any set up fees and overages, will be refunded, if InterArt
is notified of your intent to terminate within the first 30
days following activation. No refund is available after the
30th day.
For a Plan length of 6 or 12 months, the full amount paid, less
any set up fees and overages, will be refunded if InterArt is
notified of your intent to terminate within the first 30 days
after activation. No refund is available after the 30th day
for the current three month period ("quarter"). For
all remaining quarters, refunds will only be available prior
to the beginning of each quarter, less any set up fees and overages.
For example, on a 6 month contract, InterArt must receive the
notice of cancellation prior to the first day of the fourth
month of the contract in order to provide a refund for the second
quarter. In a Plan length of 12 months, the third and fourth
quarters will also be refunded.
All cancellations must be received in writing according to the
above deadlines. Regular mail, email and fax notifications are
acceptable. Telephone cancellations do not constitute notification.
This policy does not apply to any additional services such as
overages, additional disk space, additional pop accounts, etc.
This policy also applies to renewal of contracts.
On cancellation, you are responsible to remove your website
from the service.

my account?
Billing for Plan changes is processed within 30-45 days from
the date of the change. You will be charged a plan change fee

How do I change my domain name?
In order to change your domain name, you need to submit an order
for the new domain. Be sure to reference the domain name you
wish to replace in the comments section. Please note that we
must set up a new account to serve a different domain name.
We can prorate the new account based on the unused portion of
monthly rates collected in advance from the old account. However,
another setup fee will be required and you will need to re-upload
files to the new account once activated.
